After a successful 20-year career in Commercial Retail Leasing, Peter has embarked on a new journey as a Commercial Property Buying Agent, specialising in Retail, Industrial, and Office spaces.
With a background as the Group Leasing Manager at Best & Less Group, Peter was privileged to oversee leasing strategies for over 300 stores across Australia and New Zealand. This role immersed him in the intricate dynamics of the retail sector, fostering expertise in market trends and opportunities.
Known for completing deals within budget and on time, Peter is fueled by the prospect of leveraging his extensive retail expertise and network to benefit his clients. His primary goal is to facilitate businesses' growth and success by strategically acquiring ideal commercial properties while maintaining authentic and positive stakeholder relationships.
Peter's extensive experience as the National Leasing Manager for Flight Centre is a testament to his leadership skills. Overseeing 750 leases nationwide with a team of 7 Leasing executives, he played a pivotal role in the startup of Flight Centre in India, securing the first 12 sites. The launch of Aquire Agency signifies Peter's passionate pursuit of excellence and client satisfaction in Commercial Property Buying.
